[samba4] Debian packages

Hello,

I've build the samba4 alpha1 packages on a debian etch based distribution with 
the debian directory from svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-samba/branches/samba4.

The make test call failed with:

PROVISIONING MEMBER...Joining domain failed: Connection to SAMR pipe of PDC 
for SAMBAD
OMAIN failed: Connection to DC failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE
return code = -1

And after disabling the test the attached patch was needed for 
debian/libsamba-dev.install.
