Where to for Samba4?

File services in Samba4 are very good, and despite the low maintenance
over the many months since they were written, the test-suite shows that
it works.  (The contrast with SWAT testing is why I'm on such a
'war-path' against SWAT).

I wish it were easy enough to go away and do.  I would love users to
flock to Samba4 because we match every Samba3 feature.  But we do hope
to cover most of the use cases, outside printing (until someone steps up
to do printing that is...).

In terms of printing, hopefully Samba3 will pick up on technologies like
LDB and PIDL to improve Samba3's printing support, and somehow we can
gain by that.  Otherwise, it's just too big a problem (ask Jerry some
day :-)
