Debian packages

The patches in the debian-sarge packaging directory in the 3.0.25c
release tarball do not apply cleanly.  Some hunks fail.  I also notice
that the debian-sarge/changelog file's last entry was for 3.0.25a, and
python-ext which debian-sarge/rules tries to build doesn't compile any
longer.

Simo, you built the Debian packages for 3.0.25b.  Would you please
check in your debian-sarge directory so a clean build can be created.
