[SAMBA4] SWAT2 maintainer?

Wow, that does matter a lot, indeed.

How usable would it be in that form? There's no point in having a
stripped down SWAT like the one in Samba 3 imho.

This is an alpha, so I don't think having SWAT in now gives the wrong
impression to people about continuity.
