Winbind passwd question

Hi,

what's the reason why query_user_list() in winbindd_passwd.c
doesn't list users.

It should be easy using pdb_search_users().
I have a hacked patch for that, but I'm not sure if nobody
cared or if there's a real reason to not return users.

I noticed this as the WINBIND-LIST_USERS test bails out
if a domain has no users, as in reality it's not possible to
have a domain without users.
