Getting device id from Query File Info (and how to have unique UniqueIDs)

When Windows exports a share over a junction (e.g. if
C:\public\cd-drive is a junction to D: the CD drive) - the UniqueID
returned  by e.g. level 0x3ee of QueryPathInfo is presumably not
unique - is there a level that also returns the device number?   If so
the client could detect the submount.
