The error indicates that for some reason you cannot write on your ldap
server. The idmap alloc configurations shows cn=admin,dc=samba,dc=lan as
the user_dn, while your ldapsam uses cn=Directory manager

Does cn=admin,dc=samba,dc=lan have right to write on the directory?
Have you provided a password using net idmap secret ?
