[Samba4] [FreeBSD] Build patches [Patch 0/0]

Hi all!

Trying to build Samba4.0.0pre1 and recent SVN version I faced with few
oddities, that did let' me to compile it OOTB. Here I'm going to send
several small patches that make Samba4 to build on FreeBSD 6.2(which
doesn't yet mean, that it'll 100% work - that's bigger and harder work).

So, hope this patches will be reviewed and applied to the main tree.
