Run away number of smbd children

Yes we are using the samba 4 smbtorture.  Of course for your sanity your
best bet is to setup and repro the failure in your environment with
3.0.26a, and then see if the upcoming fix works for you.  

As I recall it appeared that your Samba machine account password was
somehow not synchronized with the Active Directory computer account
password, and that may have been what triggered the issue for you.
