Moving towards Alpha2 of Samba4

I think it is time we moved towards an alpha2 release of Samba4.

This release should include the recent work on linked attributes,
subtree renames and the SWAT removal (I'll add in config.php generation
for a phpldapadmin install).

I'm also hoping this will include the move from JavaScript to Python as
the Samba scripting language. This (I am promised) should make it much
easier to write and debug scripts using the Samba libraries.

Also, if schedules for the relevant developers permit, I would like this
to include the Samba4 cluster work.

Thoughts?
