Quick question on symbolic link support

I did enable the "wide links" options, but I still do not find
smbd following the links which cross fs boundaries
or remote nfs shares. From what I understand, 
it is supposed to work and I do not find it working?
Time to debug the stuff?

Look at smb.conf's "wide links" option.
