automatic dependencies in Samba3?

Hi, James!

Whenever I do a 'make proto', some files are always built
new:

Compiling libsmb/clikrb5.c
Compiling lib/socket_wrapper/socket_wrapper.c
Compiling lib/talloc/talloc.c
Compiling smbd/build_options.c

winbind and net are completely rebuilt.

To me it seems that this has come with the automatic
dependencies that you added with r22441.

Is that intended? Is there a way to fix this? Günther is
also seeing this problem, so it seems it is not just me.
