Be aware that this task is bigger than it first looks. The
changes Steve Langasek wrote for 3.0.25 don't apply to 3_0
anymore, right now they break with the change to PIDL for
the wkssvc, potentially also for others.
I'd vote to drop them from the Samba distribution if I was
asked, nobody I know actually uses them. But I might not
have the right sample of people I know.
