Only little differences with SAMBA_3_0_25_RELEASE:

   BACKTRACE: 3 stack frames:
    #0 /usr/sbin/smbd(log_stack_trace+0x22) [0x82275a2]
    #1 /lib/libc.so.6(__libc_free+0xa7) [0x400f1aa3]
    #2 /usr/sbin/smbd [0x820ea97]

With W2K SP4 as client the file is copied but a also connected XP client
reports that no server is connected because

   BACKTRACE: 4 stack frames:
    #0 /usr/sbin/smbd(log_stack_trace+0x22) [0x82275a2]
    #1 /lib/libc.so.6 [0x400f2451]
    #2 /lib/libc.so.6(__libc_realloc+0x218) [0x400f1fb4]
    #3 /usr/sbin/smbd(_talloc_realloc+0x6f) [0x820f37f]

Hope to get the files soon, I'm forwarding them then to you.
