Proposal to rename a few idmap parameters

Simo,

In the course of updating docs, I've got a few minor changes to
parameter names.  I'd like to do the following renames:

	idmap expire time 	-> idmap cache time
	idmap negative time	-> idmap negative cache time

Sound ok ?
