This was a clean build und the modules are in place:

deveis # ls -l `which smbd`
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 3554435 Mar 18 17:08 /usr/sbin/smbd
deveis # ls -l /usr/lib/samba/vfs/full*
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 31066 Mar 18 17:08 /usr/lib/samba/vfs/full_audit.so
deveis # `which smbd` -b | grep LIBDIR
    LIBDIR: /usr/lib/samba
