populating printer location from CUPS

Hi,

We were in need to populate printer location information from CUPS to 
Samba and further to AD. Attached patch implements function transferring 
the location and comment from CUPS server to NT_PRINTER_INFO_LEVEL 
structure. Then the patch adds call to this function into 
nt_printer_publish, but there might be better place for this...
