Fixed exclude_dir in the recycle vfs

Hi,
    I sent you a change to the recycle vfs. I have just checked 
through BUGZILLA and it fixes bug 
<https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2598>2598 . Is it 
possible for this fix to be included in the latest build?
