MMC Write support (was Re: [SAMBA4] Faster schema loading)

I should make it clear, with this patch, we now have MMC write support.
I'm having trouble browsing, but if you search for a user, you can now
edit anything regarding that user. 

I've also tried the group policy editor, but I think that needs the
SYSVOL share I don't have set up at this moment.
