I missed that change. I've exported the get_dbinfo function since its  
also needed in kdc-replay. Will commit to heimdal and lokrikeet after  
regression tests passes.

Also, you change does explain why some buildfarm hosts mysteriously  
fail in tests/can that uses kdc-replay...
