nroff errors in 3.0.35a version of smb.conf.5

Hi Jerry,

Did you change your DocBook build system for the 3.0.25a release? On  
Darwin, most of the special characters are displayed as XMl entities,  
eg:

        Any line  beginning  with  a  semicolon  (“;”)   
or  a  hash
        (“#”)  character  is  ignored, as are lines  
containing only
        whitespace.
