Converted trans2.c to "new" API

Hi!

Under http://www.samba.org/~vlendec/inbuf-work/ see my work
in progress to get rid of InBuffer/OutBuffer. In particular
trans2.c is the consolidated diff of the patches 0012..0039,
this is quite a monster.

If anybody feels like reviewing it, I'd be happy.
