Printing bugs and annoyances in 3.0.25b

It was caused due to a missing "printing = cups" entry in smb.conf, which
then caused Samba to use the default "printing = bsd" setting.

That in turn triggered the usage of a "print command" that would otherwise

For now the customer leaves it as "printing = bsd" and added "print command
= lpr -r -P'%p' -J'%s %J' %s".

Here the '%J' part gives us back the missing original job title. In this
setup the linked-in cups libraries are not used by Samba in the same way
as they would be if "printing = cups" was set.
