[SAMBA4] PKINIT

Just a quick note to say that I've tested Samba4 with heimdal's kinit,
and can now get a ticket with PKINIT.

I hope to be able to extend this to a windows smart-card login, in due
course.  (This requires things like smartcard hardware, which I have
some of, matching middleware and certificate authority glue, so it's
non-trivial).
