Samba 3.0 - Bug preventing mkfifo as non-root

Thank you for the response Jeremy.

The versions of Samba we are using is 3.0.10 (RHEL4U4). Early testing of
3.0.23c (Fedora 6) suggests this problem is still present.

If this is resolved in 3.0.23d then I know where to look at the code for
differences. If anyone can verify that this is indeed resolved with
3.0.23d I would very much appreciate it.
