building samba docs on OS X

Hi all,

I'm trying to build the Samba docs on OS X, but running into some  
docbook "fun". I have xsltproc installed along with what looks to me  
like all the right docbook bits. Unfortunately they don't seem to  
want to work together nicely :(

Does anyone have a script (or step-by-step guide) that I can use to  
create a catalog to teach xsltproc to use the local docbook  
installation, rather than going to the net every time?
