LLMNR for samba4

I don't think is Samba's job, the .local namespace and Multicast DNS are
perfectly well implemented elsewhere. 

I think we can perhaps do some service registration etc (I think there
was discussion about this recently), but Avahi should manage the actual
mdns parts.
