samba 3.0.25 winbindd error

Just compiled latest svn rev 21372 and
I'm getting the following error when trying to use
the "wbinfo -D <domainname>" command.

cli_rpc_pipe_open_noauth: rpc_pipe_bind for pipe \lsarpc failed with 
error NT_STATUS_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL

and when I bump the debug level, it is actually failing
with the following errors

bind_rpc_pipe: transfer syntax differs
rpc_pipe_bind: check_bind_response failed.


Any ideas what may have changed to break this?
