External idmap backend(s)

Simo's was dropped after some discussion.  The idmap backend
has since been rewritten in the SAMBA_3_0 tree so I'd recommend
you repatch against that.  However, I'm somewhat against
accepting such a patch into the tree because it allows
vendors to write clearly derivative works of Samba and bypass
the GPL requirement.

If a vendor wants to write their own GPL idmap plugin and
can clearly show that any daemon used to handle idmapping
is not a derivative work of said idmap plugin,  then
that's fine.  That's essentially what idmap_ad does.

Including an "external" plugin into the tree is not necessary
IMO.
