[Proposal 1 of 2]: Bug Bashing day once every two weeks beginning Feb 8

Folks,

I'd like to propose a "Bugzilla Day" once every two weeks where
as many people who can meet on the #samba-technical IRC channel
and focus solely on fixing/closing/reviewing bug reports.

I'd propose the first one for this Thursday, Feb 8.  I will send
out a list of possible high priority bugs on Wednesday.  Possible
topic for this week would be Vista released issues in the Samba
3.0.24 release and SAMBA_3_0_25 branch.

Of course, I don't want to be the only one showing up so
I'll ask Deryck to post this to the news site and see what
kind of reaction we get.

We'll give this a couple of tries and evaluate whether or
not it is helpful.
