Tracked down the build farm breakage.

I am starting a git bisect on this.

I suspect one of the changes between
ad87786c91709d62ee2cbd02c87e59b855e050cc
and
abba6717b5da709ae9cf3097042228ddbe630cca
to be the culprit.
