[PULL] libwbclient API implementation

Folks,

I'd like to request that the merge/libwbclient branch from
git://git.likewisesoftware.com/gcarter/samba.git be merged
into v3-2-test.  This is a LGPL library version of the current
LGPL functions in wb_client.c plus some new API functions.

Doxygen output can be found at:

The API is not entirely complete but sufficient to

(a) decouple smbd from winbindd
(b) not break smbd on platforms that don't support Winbind
(c) be used by client apps such as wbinfo and the PAM/NSS
    libraries.

I've been running this for a while without problems locally.

Still to do (post merge) are:

* Add missing API calls such as wbcEnumerateTrustedDomains(),
  etc...
* Refactor all calls in wbinfo.c to use the wbclient API
* Investigate changing PAM/NSS clients to use the li8brary
  rather than writing to the pipe directly.
* Rewrite ntlm_auth to use API calls (adding the necessary
  calls to the wbclient API).
