Wbinfo -g does not display domain builtin local groups

You mean like Administrators?

It's intended.  You always know those groups exists
anyways but their scope is the local machine.  So
BUILTIN\Administrators is local to the machine on which
you are currently on.  But Domain Local groups can be
shared across all domain members.
