Support for argument createcomputer in net rpc join

Hello,

I am soliciting opinions/feedback from Samba developers regarding
support for the 'createcomputer' in a specific OU location when a join
operation is performed using net rpc in an AD environment.

Due to Kerberos ticketing issues, we had to use 'net rpc join'.  I
understand that this might be applicable only to AD environment and not
in NT4 environment. (Thanks to Jerry for the explanation).

I have submitted a patch and an enhancement request to Samba Bugzilla.
