Makefile.in still compile PIE with SHARED LDFLAGS and thus breaking libsmbclient.so

The svn rev was only applied to SAMBA_3_0_25 so I can only
assume (without digging more into the svn logs) that it was
never merged to the SAMBA_3_0/SAMBA_3_0_26 branches which
eventually became the SAMBA_3_2/SAMBA_3_2_0 trees.  Or
possibly that the change was lost during the DSO build changes
to the Makefile (which is unlikely IMO).
