samba 4-AD inter-domain trust?

Yeah, that's not really expected to work either.  I've played with it a
bit, but without all the right things being done in the KDC and without
a viable winbind, it's just not there. 

I've got a setup I can reproduce an inter-domain environment with, so
I'll try and look at it from time to time, but I would not get your
hopes up (unless someone decides to take this on - the 'windows trusts
Samba4' is the easiest half).
