Is samba-4.0.0tp6-SVN-build-24277 completely broken?

Installed into a clean directory, or at least rerun the provision
script?

Because I can't reproduce your issue, I'm going to need much more
detail.  

What is your environment (os, compiler etc)?  How does your environment
differ from those represented on our build farm?  Does 'make test'
pass?  

What configure options did you use?
