Yes.  The running version is from revision 1217 = SLE 10 SP 1 RC 1.
While the core dump fix was added with revision 1249 to the package
sources.

The RPM package info provides this information since revision 1244
encoded as 'Source Timestamp'.  For a downloaded file use rpm -qpi and
for an installed package rpm -qi.

http://en.opensuse.org/Samba provides the information where current
packages including the core dump fix are available.  While using these
packages please ensure the last part of the RPM release is > 55 or check
the package info for 'Source Timestamp' being > 1248.
