[PATCH] Test Samba4 PKINIT code, update socket-wrapper

It doesn't pass.  There is something very odd it is doing to the SOCKET
test (which is already having issues).  I'm stumped, so I would really
like a hand with that one, it almost seems like we create two different
names for one address.
