Testing for encrypted CIFS?

Please hold off on this until I've finished the test code.
It's still possible I'll make incompatible wire-visible
changes at the moment.

I'm not planning on this being in 3.0.25, or even maybe
3.0.26 - I'm planning to work with SteveF on implmenting
it in "experimental" in the CIFSFS client, and only after
he is happy with it documenting it for further implementation,
in case I screw something up that makes it really hard for
clients to implement.

I guess what I'm trying to say is it's not baked
enough yet for a second implementation :-). Maybe
by the time of SambaXP.
