[SAMBA4] make testenv

I just wanted to bring 'make testenv' to the attention of list members.

This starts up smbd, with socket wrapper and all the right options, the
launches an xterm.

This xterm inherits all the environment variables required, including in
particular SOCKET_WRAPPER_DIR and the KRB5_CONFIG, so we can now easily
run torture commands (particularly commands that may have failed) in an
environment that reproduces the tests.
