Jeremy and Volker,

Currently if we want the complete autogenerated files
for the ndr parsing from pidl, we have to support
C99 structure initialization.  us1 sun1 and us4 are
failing in the build farm right now because of this.
See source/librpc/gen_ndr/ndr_unixinfo.c for examples
(bottom of the file).

The alternative is to fix pidl to not generate
the dcerpc transport structures as part of the NDR
parsing files.  This is what Jelmer pointed out
on IRC.  And is the solution I think we would all
prefer in the short term (rather than throwing
the switch for C99 support).
