pidl and idl files as svn:externals in SAMBA_3_0

Jelmer,

I'd like to sync what you have in
http://people.samba.org/bzr/jelmer/samba/3.0-libndr
to SAMBA_3_0.  There's just a few files that are differnt
in the source/libndr/ directory of you tree.

I'd also like to set svn:externals references to pidl
and the idl files in the SAMBA_4_0 branch.  I don't want
to step on anything you are in the middle of, but would
like to start incorporating the ndr generated parsing code
to the build process (like make basics in SAMBA_4_0).
Even if we are using it all at the moment...

Any objections?
