Patches for VFS modules (extd_audit and recycle)

Comments:

    extd_audit - became more useful for real audit. May be create new 
VFS module ? due_audit for example ?
    recycle obtain new recycle:spit_on_owner parameter for touch mtime 
of file in spite of owner.
