3_0 vs 3_0_23?

Hi!

Just a quick question: What's the policy right now with
SAMBA_3_0 versus SAMBA_3_0_23? Has 3_0 become the new trunk?
I'm asking because I don't really know what I should have
done with the NTLMSSP fix which I'm not 100% sure about yet
if it fixes the issue.
