upload of x64 diver for second time..

Hi ,
When I try to upload 64bit driver for the second time the second driver
is replacing the first driver.. I guess the problem is same as the bug
with id 3275.. was this bug got fixed?? Ill be very thankful If some one
let me know in which version it got fixed???
