Call TODO list for 3.0.24

Folks,

We ne start looking at the next upgrade 3.0 release.  Ideally we'd
have the final release out by the end of November.  So what do
people have on their plate that must be finished for this release?

We've got a lot of IDL work to finish but I propose we pick
a sublist of pipes/commands to finish and finish up the harder parts
post release.

* I'd like to see the svcctl & eventlog pipes finished.
* There's been a lot of work in winbindd's offline mode.
* I'd still like to see the libmsrpc code used more
  internally rather than calling the gen_ndr/cli_XXX.c
  files directly.  That's probably a post 3.0.24 thing
* The libaddns/ directory needs a lot of work.  I am
  considering pulling it out and working on it in a bzr tree
  instead until it is more mature.

What else ?
