[PATCH] [CTDB] fix ctdb_call_local et all

please merge from http://samba.org/~ab/ctdb/ set of fixes for:

1) Data fetch from TDB was broken due to not propagating data blob size
(revision 17)

2) Flags to tdb_open() were not propagated as well making impossible to
tdb_store() (revision 17)

3) Change configure.ac to check ctdb_test.c instead of ctdb_daemon.c as
the latter one is not there anymore (revision 18)

You may ignore revision 19 as this is just a local hack to test how
ctdb_call() works.
