PASSDB: LDAP and domain account

Hi all,

My question is : Can I have a LDAP passdb while the security level is
domain. The Samba sever machine  has some strange problem when I try to
do this. It will take a long time to start smb service and the Samba
server machine can not login even if a local user after reboot.

The corresponding lines in the configuration file "smb.conf" looks like:

Passdb backend=ldapsam:ldap://myserver:389
Security=domain

Can anyone help me?
