Another thing occurred to me. We will have several ctdb databases in
Samba. I don't think we want a separate dispatcher daemon for each
database, so the protocol will need to have a database id field in
each request.

It also implies a change to the API, with an integer database id field
returned from ctdb_attach(), and that used in the other calls to say
which database instance you are talking to.
